This page explains what personal data we collect when you visit zinlinks.com, why we use it, and what your rights are. We collect as little data as possible: you can browse the entire site without creating an account or providing us with any information.
Who are we?
Zinlinks (https://zinlinks.com) is a travel blog dedicated to Morocco, written from Marrakech. The data controller is the site’s publisher, RIADS KECH LLC (30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States), whose full contact information is listed in the legal notice. The Data We Collect
When you leave a comment
We record the information entered in the form (name, email address, optional website, and message), as well as your IP address and browser type, to help prevent spam. Your email address is never published.
An encrypted version of your email address (a “hash”) may be sent to the Gravatar service to check if you use it and to display your profile picture next to your comment. Gravatar’s privacy policy is available at https://automattic.com/privacy/.
When you contact us
If you contact us by email, we use your email address and the content of your message solely to respond to you.
During your visit
Like any website, our hosting provider logs technical data (IP address, date and time, pages viewed, browser type) to ensure the security and proper functioning of the site. We do not use any audience measurement tools or targeted advertising. The cookies we use are described in our cookie policy.
When you click on a partner link
Some links lead to partner sites (for booking accommodations, activities, flights, or insurance). Once you’re on those sites, they collect your data in accordance with their own privacy policies. We only receive commission reports that do not allow us to identify you. More details are available on our affiliate disclosure page.

We never sell, rent, or share your personal data.
Who Has Access to Your Data
- The site publisher, to moderate comments and respond to messages.
- Our hosting provider, Hostinger, which stores the site and its data. The site also loads a script from Hostinger Reach, Hostinger’s newsletter tool.
- Gravatar (Automattic), for profile photos in comments.
These service providers may process data outside your country. They are committed to protecting it in accordance with their own privacy policies.
Your Rights
In accordance with Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and, for visitors from the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you may request to:
- access your data and obtain a copy of it;
- have it corrected or deleted (for example, an old comment);
- object to the processing of your data or request that it be restricted;
- withdraw your consent at any time.
To exercise these rights, please email us at contact@zinlinks.com: we will respond within one month. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may file a complaint with the National Commission for the Supervision of Personal Data Protection (CNDP) in Morocco, or with the data protection authority in your country of residence (for example, the CNIL in France).
Security
The site is accessible only via an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to the admin panel is password-protected and limited to the editor.
Changes
We will update this page if our practices change, for example, if we add a newsletter or an audience measurement tool. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page.
